♥ ♥ ♥ It’s happening! ♥ ♥ ♥

My first blog post and it’s a big one!

I was procrastinating this day for very long, mainly because of my excuse that my English isn’t good enough to start writing a blog and also the fact that I don’t feel good in writing posts… BUT, hey! Practice will make it better, right? ;)

So here I am, coming out of my comfort zone again. ♥

I mentioned that this post is a big one for me, because it’s about something I wanted to do for a looong time!

I wanted to organise a wedding photo shoot in BOHO style.

I actually took a part in one styled wedding photo shoot two years ago! Instead of taking pictures I was posing together with my boyfriend as a bride and groom in front of amazing photographer Lena Sabala.

I loved how the photo shoot turned out and I wanted to do something like that!

I knew it’s not going to be easy, but I loved this challenge!

Two months ago, I started reaching out to people and one of them was Anna - a wedding planner. She said she would love to help with styling and also can help to find other suppliers for the shoot.

I knew where I wanted the photo shoot. HARBURN BARN was the perfect place for our laid back, fun and elegant shoot. I had the pleasure to take photos in this venue couple of times and I adore that place! If you love nature, relaxed atmosphere, rustic style and fairy lights you will love it too! ;)

We gathered the suppliers pretty quick! Most of the people said straight away that they’re in :)

The only thing we were struggling with was to find A COUPLE! The shoot was on Tuesday, so it wasn’t convenient for people who work during the week. My friend kindly shared my post about casting for a couple on her business page and an absolutely lovely girl reached out and said that herself and her boyfriend would love to pose for me! I was sooo happy! It was a perfect couple for it!

During this time, my best friends, Jagoda & Adam knew that I can’t find anyone and when I asked them they said they can do it! YAY! So two beautiful couples for my shoot!

I had a plan to divide a shoot in two, for few set ups for each couple.

All was going very smoothly until less than 24 hours before the day, one of the models messaged me that herself and her partner can’t make it as she didn’t feel well and had to do a covid test.

I was devastated but of course it wasn’t her fault, it could happen to anyone. I was very grateful that Jagoda and Adam took a day off work, just to be there for me! ♥ On the 21st of September, John (videographer) picked me up at 8am and we headed to the Barn where we met all the amazing people!

You know what was the best? That everyone there was buzzing as much as I was about this photo shoot! Everyone contributed their skills and we ended up with SICK photos I will be adoring forever!

I also want to reach out to all the couples who are planning their wedding, they are laid back, want elegant and eye catching pictures, they love being silly with each other, but they don't know how to pose.

Don't worry, I got you!

90% of my clients say that they are not photogenic or that the camera hates them. If you looked at my pictures I believe you can't see there are no awkward poses.

My clients often said that they didn't expect they would look SO GOOD in the pictures. I can make it happen!

Big shout out to these talented people! I couldn’t make it without you and I am so grateful I got to know you!
